1Introductory provisions
These General Terms and Conditions govern the relationship between the service provider and the customer when booking fishing and related services through the Rybolov Pícha booking system.
Services at the individual fishing waters may be provided by different providers (operators). The specific provider that is the contracting party to a given reservation is always stated in the reservation confirmation, in the payment instructions and on the payment document issued.
By making a reservation, the customer confirms that they have read and agree to these terms and conditions.
2Reservations
- The customer makes a reservation through the online booking system.
- The customer is responsible for the accuracy and completeness of the details they enter when making the reservation (in particular name, e-mail and telephone number).
- A reservation comes into existence when it is successfully created in the system; the customer then receives a reservation confirmation.
- Once the reservation has been created, the reserved dates and fishing spot are blocked.
- By creating a reservation, the customer becomes obliged to pay the amount corresponding to the chosen payment method.
3Price and payment terms
When making a reservation, the customer chooses one of two payment options:
The full price of the reservation is paid in advance by bank transfer or by QR payment. The customer pays nothing further on site.
A deposit of 30% of the price is paid in advance. The customer pays the remaining 70% as the balance on site upon arrival.
- The exact price of the reservation is always shown before it is completed.
- The customer receives the payment details, including the variable symbol (payment reference), as part of the reservation and its confirmation.
- Payment and invoicing details may differ depending on the fishing water reserved or the service provider.
- If the customer chooses the deposit option, they pay the balance on site in accordance with the provider's instructions.
- If the customer pays a higher amount or the full price in advance, the amount paid is credited against the total price of the reservation.
- If the customer has credit in their account, they may use it to pay for all or part of the reservation; the credit is applied immediately.
- The customer redeems a gift voucher by entering its code when making the reservation. A valid voucher is applied immediately up to its remaining value; if it does not cover the full amount required, the customer pays the difference. Any unused value remains on the voucher until the end of its validity.
4Due date and unpaid reservations
The required payment is due within 5 days of the reservation being created, unless otherwise stated for the specific reservation. The due date is stated in the reservation confirmation and in the customer account.
- Before the due date expires, the system sends the customer e-mail reminders of the outstanding payment.
- The customer may make the payment at any time until the due date expires; once the payment has been received, the reservation is recorded as paid.
If nothing has been paid by the end of the due date, the system automatically cancels the reservation on the following day and releases the dates to other interested parties. The customer receives an e-mail about the cancellation.
If the customer has paid at least part of the price, the reservation is not cancelled automatically. The provider assesses the case and agrees the next steps with the customer.
5Changing the dates of a reservation
- 14 or more days before arrival, the customer may change the dates themselves in their account, without approval. The change takes effect immediately.
- A change of dates depends on the current availability of the fishing spot.
- Less than 14 days before arrival, the dates can no longer be changed; in such a case the customer may contact the staff of the fishing water.
- No fee is charged for the change of dates itself. If the price of the new dates differs from the original price, the system settles the difference: a higher price is charged as an additional payment, a lower price is recorded as an overpayment to be refunded.
- The new price and any difference are shown to the customer before the change is confirmed.
6Cancellation of a reservation and cancellation terms
The cancellation fee is determined by the time remaining until the start of the reserved stay:
- If the cancellation fee is zero (14 or more days before arrival), the customer cancels the reservation themselves in their account and the cancellation takes effect immediately.
- If the cancellation fee is not zero, the customer submits a cancellation request, which the staff assess in accordance with the applicable cancellation terms. The reservation remains valid until a decision is made.
- If part of the price has already been paid, the amount exceeding the cancellation fee is refunded in the form of customer credit. The credit is added to the customer's account and may be used to pay for any further reservation; it does not expire.
- A refund to a bank account is possible by individual arrangement with the provider.
7Fishing and stay rules
- The customer is obliged to comply with the rules of the specific fishing water.
- The rules may differ between individual fishing waters.
- The current rules are available on the page of the relevant fishing water or in the related information provided with the reservation.
- The customer is responsible for compliance with the rules throughout their stay, including by the persons listed in their reservation.
8Liability and obligations of the customer
- The customer is obliged to behave considerately towards other anglers and the environment.
- To comply with the applicable rules of the fishing water and the provider's instructions.
- The customer is liable for damage caused by a breach of their obligations to the extent laid down by law.
9Complaints and communication
- The customer may contact the provider using the contact details stated on the website.
- Complaints will be handled in accordance with the applicable legislation.
- The e-mail address provided when booking may be used for communication.
10Personal data protection
Customers' personal data are processed in accordance with the applicable legislation, to the extent necessary to handle the reservation and provide the service.
Details are set out in the separate Privacy Policy.
11Final provisions
- The provider may reasonably update these terms and conditions.
- The cancellation fee is determined according to the fee schedule in force on the day the customer requests the cancellation — not according to the fee schedule in force when the reservation was created.
- The current version of the terms and conditions is always available on this website.
These terms and conditions are effective from 25 August 2026.
