Privacy Policy

The controller of personal data is always the service provider at the fishing water concerned — that is, the entity that is the contracting party to your reservation. The specific provider is stated in the reservation confirmation, in the payment instructions and on the payment document.

• Identification and contact data: first name and surname, e-mail, telephone number and, where applicable, address and billing details if you provide them.
• Reservation data: fishing water, specific fishing spot, dates, number of persons, extras, notes on the reservation.
• Payment data: amounts, variable symbol (payment reference), payment status, payments received and payment documents issued. We do not process your payment card details.
• Communication: e-mails sent in connection with the reservation and a record of your communication with the staff (e.g. a request to change the dates or to cancel).
• Technical data: data necessary for operating the website and securing sign-in, see section 7.

• Handling the reservation and providing the service — performance of a contract. A reservation cannot be created without these data.
• Payments, payment documents and accounting — performance of a contract and compliance with legal obligations (accounting and tax legislation).
• Operational e-mails concerning the reservation (confirmation, payment instructions, receipt of payment, change of dates, cancellation) — performance of a contract.
• Protection of rights and resolution of disputes or complaints — legitimate interest of the provider.
• Security of the system and prevention of misuse of reservations — legitimate interest of the provider.

We do not send marketing e-mails. Should this happen in the future, it would be done only on the basis of your consent, which may be withdrawn at any time.

• Reservation and communication data: for the duration of the reservation and thereafter for the period during which mutual rights and claims may be asserted.
• Payment documents and accounting records: for the period laid down by accounting and tax legislation.
• Customer account: for as long as the account exists; after the account is closed, only the data we are required to keep for legal reasons remain.

Once these periods have expired, we delete or anonymise the data.

We do not share the data with anyone who does not need them to provide the service. Processors include in particular:

• the provider of hosting and the database of the booking system,
• the provider of the service used to send operational e-mails,
• the bank that processes your payment,
• the provider's accountant and tax adviser,
• the staff of the individual fishing waters, to the extent necessary for your stay.

We do not transfer the data to countries outside the European Economic Area unless this is necessary for the operation of the technical services used; in such a case, the transfer is safeguarded by appropriate contractual guarantees.

You can make a reservation without registering. If you create an account with the same verified e-mail address, you will also see in the My reservations section any reservations made earlier without signing in — thanks to the verified match of the e-mail address.

In your account you can see the status of the reservation, payment instructions and documents, and you can request a change of dates or a cancellation. Access to a reservation is always limited to its customer and the staff of the fishing water concerned.

This website does not use advertising tracking technologies or analytics cookies. We do not use Google Analytics, advertising pixels or visitor profiling tools, and therefore we do not display a cookie banner.

We measure traffic anonymously using Vercel Web Analytics: without cookies, without storing anything in your browser and without cross-site tracking. We see only aggregate data — which pages are visited, where visitors came from, their country and device type. No individual visitor can be identified from these data. In the same anonymous way (using Vercel Speed Insights), we measure how quickly pages load.

We store only technically necessary data in the browser: the sign-in session of the customer account and minor operational interface settings (e.g. the last fishing water selected in the administration). Without them it would not be possible to stay signed in.

• the right of access to the data we process about you,
• the right to rectification of inaccurate data or completion of missing data,
• the right to erasure, where the data are no longer needed and we are not required to retain them,
• the right to restriction of processing,
• the right to data portability,
• the right to object to processing based on legitimate interest,
• the right to withdraw consent, where processing is based on consent.

Simply send your request to info@rybolov-picha.cz. We will handle it without undue delay. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Office for Personal Data Protection (Úřad pro ochranu osobních údajů, uoou.gov.cz).

• all communication with the website is encrypted (HTTPS),
• access to data is restricted by rules at database level — a customer sees only their own reservations, staff see only their own fishing water,
• payment documents are stored in non-public storage and are accessible only via a temporary link issued to an authorised user,
• the number of persons with administrator access is kept to the necessary minimum.
